Quality management

Our quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and is continuously checked and improved. As a reliable partner of the cosmetics, food and pharmaceutical industries, it has always been of utmost importance for us to make our QM system as compatible as possible with the systems of our customers. This includes GMP-compliant documentation as well as risk analyses and supplier qualification.

Quality is a management matter

The quality management system of Gustav Heess GmbH is subject to the direct control of the management. It ensures that the objectives of the quality policy are translated into concrete rules of conduct in all functions and at all levels and that they are observed.

In the meantime, it has become a declared company policy to include all processes within the value chain in the QM system. Key suppliers and important service providers are audited at regular intervals. Training and further education enable our employees to act responsibly and on their own initiative.

In the form of product specifications and other documents, we provide our customers with all the information they need regarding the delivered goods in a transparent and complete manner. The certificates of analysis sent with the deliveries reliably document the perfect initial condition of our products, enabling our customers to significantly reduce the number of their own follow-up or duplicate examinations. In addition, expert advice on the use and proper handling of our products is available at all times.
