To ensure that our products comply with the increasingly strict guidelines for cosmetic raw materials, foodstuffs and pharmaceutical raw materials, we maintain an in-house laboratory which specialises in instrumental analysis with a methodical focus on the analysis of oils, fats and waxes and is accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
Through the consistent, batch-related inspection of all our incoming goods, we ensure the quality and purity of our products at all times. Our tests are based on recognised analytical methods according to the European Pharmacopoeia, DGF, DAC or AOCS. If analytical methods are not available in the company's own laboratory, we use independent, accredited external service providers to ensure the quality of our products.
By participating in comparative laboratory tests, we regularly demonstrate our competence in the proper testing of oils and fats. In addition, cooperation and research projects, for example with the University of Stuttgart, ensure the implementation of the latest processes and technologies. As an independent laboratory, we are also able to carry out contract analyses. In the case of standard tests, we generally send the results to our customers the day after the sample is received.
